3. What is the lead time?
For the sample order (1-5 sets): the lead time is about 3-7 days after payment.
For the bulk order: the lead time is to be negotiated, usually, the lead time is about 30-35 days.

4. How about the after-service?
Our printers have a 1-year warranty. And if you have any printing problems, our after-service team will respond quickly to solve your problem by video or online service.

5. Do you have any certifications on your printers?
The CE, FCC, ROHS, etc. are provided. We have 4-years of OEM experience for Germany/France/Poland compies. And got Brazil's government education project cooperation order.


6. How do I install the machine after I receive it?
We have prepared a complete user manual, installation preparation guide and installation video. These documents will be sent to you in advance and you can prepare 
according to them. After the machine arrives, we will set up an online group where our engineers will be available to guide you, and we will stay online 24 hours a day.
